    Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

    Your Agreement

    Our company may provide certain personal data collected from users to the issuer of their credit cards for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

    If the issuer of your credit card is located outside Japan, your personal data—including your name, telephone number, email address, and information related to your internet environment—may be transferred to the country where the issuing company operates.

    Transfer of Personal Data to Foreign Entities

    In accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), we notify users that:

    • The country or region where the credit card issuer is located may not have the same level of personal data protection as Japan.
    • Since the information we collect from users does not allow us to determine the country in which the issuing company of your credit card is located, we are unable to provide the following details:
      • The name of the country where the issuing company is located
      • Information about the personal data protection system in that country
      • The personal data protection measures implemented by the issuing company
    • We do not have direct control over the data protection measures adopted by the issuing company.
      Users may check information regarding personal data protection systems in different countries on the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) website: https://www.ppc.go.jp.
    Handling of Minors’ Personal Data

    If you are under the legal age, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using our services.

    User Acknowledgment

    By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred to a foreign entity for fraud prevention purposes, and that the data protection laws in that country may differ from those in Japan.
